I’m so excited to now be offering 30 second Super 8 movies as an add-on to your Motherhood Mini Session.
These filmy, grainy movies are so nostalgic and beautiful. There are light leaks and a kind of charming character that only super 8 can bring.
We’ll document the sweet details of you and your kids — their smiles, walks/runs, little hands and feet — on this gorgeous medium.

Having your mother/mother-in-law join as a Mother’s Day gift is so lovely! If you’re wanting to add additional family, I would recommend booking 2 time slots. This way, we won’t be rushed and you’ll still get a good amount of images of just you and your child(ren).

Film scans are delivered as digital files via an online gallery. From there, you can download, save and print photos just like images from a digital camera! Images will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Absolutely! If you would like to upgrade & purchase your full gallery of images (appx. 25-30 total), you have the option to purchase all for an additional $110. After viewing your gallery, just let me know you’d like to upgrade and we’ll make it happen!

Honestly? Whatever you and your family are comfortabe in. I love bold colors and neutrals — just pick whatever feels most authentic.
My biggest tip is to avoid anything with large graphics or logos. We want to focus on your connection as a family with minimal wardrobe distractions.When in doubt, jeans and a cozy knit or relaxed tee always looks great.
I also offer in-depth wardrobe advice if you need it ;) -
I 100% understand that things come up and plans change, especially with little ones. However, I am unable to offer refunds once a session is booked. That being said, you are more than welcome to transfer your time slot to a friend and take care of the transaction between yourselves — just email me at christen@christenpeters.com to let me know in advance so I know who to expect!
